All products are sent out using either Royal Mail, Myhermes or Dpd Monday - Friday and when possible on Saturdays using Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 1st Class Post: £3.95 or free for orders of £25 or more.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day but some orders may take up 2 days to despatch but we shall contact you if this was the case via telephone or email, Royal Mails time limit for first-class postage is between 1-10 days but most often than not you shall receive your parcel within a couple of days. If you require your order the next day please don't hesitate to contact us and we shall see what we can do with another courier. 

DPD Next Working Day Courier: £4.95.

UK mainland only. All orders received before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery via DPD courier. DPD do not pick up or deliver on Saturdays, which means that orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Working day, and any orders placed over a weekend will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please note that dpd orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses (i.e. not the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc), and delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands may take 2-5 working days. Affected postcodes are: AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17,  PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3. Delivery to Northern Ireland addresses may also take 2-5 working days. 

International Orders

Royal Mail International (untracked)

International orders are sent via Royal Mail. The maximum weight per parcel is 2kg (including packaging), so if your order weighs more than 2kg, you will be charged for two parcels. If your order weighs more than 4kg, you will be charged for three parcels, and so on. Packaging adds around 10% to the weight of the products, so please understand this when in the checkout page of our site.  Parcels are usually delivered within 7-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Unfortunately, we don't control over how long the international postal system takes also Please note that Royal Mail International packages do not have tracking numbers.

DPD Classic International Courier (tracked)

We are able to offer a DPD International Courier option for certain countries. The maximum permitted weight per package is 10kg (including packaging). Packages sent via DPD International Courier have tracking numbers. For estimated delivery times, see below. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. box addresses. DHL Express International (tracked)
